Retailboon, a subsidiary of Ordex Technology Solutions Inc., provides technology services to businesses that allow their customers to self-check in, join virtual waitlists, manage reservations, complete payments through an integrated Point of Sale (POS) system, receive live updates, and interact through automated communication tools. Retailboon also provides a dedicated Staff Application to support internal operations, table management, order management, and customer engagement.
These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) apply to your access to or use of the Retailboon platform, including websites, mobile sites, point-of-sale systems, staff applications, and related applications (collectively, the “Retailboon Sites”), as well as the content, features, and services (the “Services”) made available by Retailboon, located at 13337 South St #590, Cerritos, CA 90703.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Services, or by clicking “accept” or “agree” to this Agreement:
- You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement; and
- You represent and warrant that you are of legal age and are not prohibited by law from accessing or using the Services provided by Retailboon.
THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS, AMONG OTHER THINGS, AN ARBITRATION PROVISION CONTAINING A CLASS ACTION WAIVER APPLICABLE TO USERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING ITS POSSESSIONS AND TERRITORIES), CANADA, AND MEXICO.
Retailboon may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. You agree to review this Agreement periodically. Acceptance of any modified version of this Agreement is required to continue using the Services. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Feedback means any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or innovations submitted by you regarding the attributes, performance, or features of the Service.
Service means the personalized technology platform provided through our Website, integrated POS system, Retailboon customer application, Retailboon Staff App, and related applications, including but not limited to:
- Virtual waitlists
- Reservation management
- Self check-in functionality
- Table management
- Alert management
- Order management
- Integrated POS functionality
- Payment processing integrations
- Staff operational tools
- Customer messaging and chatbot tools
- Analytics and reporting
including all associated features, functionalities, interfaces, software, and related services.
Website refers to Retailboon, accessible at https://www.retailboon.ai.
Application refers collectively to the Retailboon customer-facing application and the Retailboon Staff App.
Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property and proprietary rights worldwide, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, software rights, and associated registrations.
You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Payment Method means a current, valid, and accepted method of payment, which may include payment processed through a third-party provider.
